How I hired a hitman in India

We are a family from New Delhi in India and I'm going to explain why I decided to hire a hitman. I work at a bank as a corporate finance manager and my wife also works as a financial analyst. We were both activists and promoted a lot of community work to achieve better security and infrastructure conditions in the central colony, the neighborhood where we lived for several years.

This voluntary and activist work meant that we related to many other activists and people with the same intention of improving living conditions in the community.

I was an activist companion and friend of Fredy Yesid Chisco García, better known as Fredy, a recognized person in Villavicencio for being one of the founders of the El Rubí neighborhood and promoting an important social work to benefit the community and various sectors of the capital of India. Furthermore, Fredy was president of C.R.S. and in the middle of his work he had been threatened by the issue of invasions in that sector.

At the beginning of March, Fredy and I decided to get together near the place where she worked, as we were working together with the community. Above all, we wanted to have a strategy to approach local authorities and demand solutions and expose concrete strategies so that security conditions could improve in different points, zones and neighborhoods of the city. Fredy already shared his disagreement with me due to the lack of support and expressed that the authorities had not complied with a series of petitions to improve security conditions in the neighborhood.

Then on March 22, 2019, at 2:00 pm, we met and finished at 4:15 pm. We said goodbye and I got into a companion's car when we soon heard a motorcycle and several detonations.

I remember that the companion and we looked at each other and suspected that something bad had happened, then came to me from inside the car to find out what was happening. At about 50 meters I could see Fredy's body in the ground and without moving and commenting on it to the company and then we tried to communicate it to an ambulance before they assisted Fredy.

A few minutes later, the police arrived at the site and I had to talk to them to testify and explain what had happened. When the police arrived at the place where they were, Fredy's body was helpless and spilling a lot of blood. They commented that we had fallen to see him at the place where he had a business and worked, but in that case some men were close to him on a motorcycle, they took a firearm and fired on repeated occasions.

The ambulance quickly registered that Fredy did not have vital signs and proceeded to recognize the instance in charge of transferring deceased persons. Later that day and at night the forensic doctor notified us that Fredy had died because of two bullets that reached the right side of his skull and within seconds he passed away. He never managed to overpower himself and that damage caused him in any way to death.

Months passed and the authorities never told us results and never died with the guilty. So we went to ask on repeated occasions and always decided we were still investigating. We knew that in the Iban there was nothing that stopped them, the life of a social leader, nothing came out of it.

In February 2020 I decided to organize a peaceful march in Mumbai to arrest the authorities that resolved Fredy's case and address the situation of violence and insecurity in the city. These days I dedicated myself to placing advertisements on Facebook and in different public places and in civil organizations. He argued that there could be links between the criminals who killed Fredy and certain security agents, and also accused the authorities of not having found culpable evidence in Fredy's case.

We specifically suspected that a criminal and armed group called FRC22 had been behind the murder and had the authority to be an accomplice who had never arrested the person of that murder. I always raised the voice and always said that they killed Fredy and that he had said to me in previous days that they had been soothed.

So soon I announced the march on the 10th of February on Facebook, an individual marked me and warned me that he stopped defaming the authorities and comforted me with my death if I followed with these march plans. Then I filed a complaint with the police, but they didn't answer me correctly and told me that I wasn't good at what I proposed with the march.

According to them, they couldn't raise the complaint because they didn't know where the threats came from, because the only evidence they had was the (private) cell phone record. The police indicated to me that this was not enough for them to investigate where the threats came from. As we didn't have support, we saw the possibility of contacting and hiring a hitman from India.

In the end they failed to investigate, but without ensuring any result, the sea, in the end, did not form elements to formalize an investigation into the crime of harassment by telephone. I had the feeling that I had only wasted time and that I was not helped at all.

As a responsible citizen, raise the complaint, but the authority does not support me in any way. They stopped speaking, but never reported. On February 20, 2020, I had to change my city and I went to Barranquilla to go to a department that I rent together with my daughter and my husband and we felt that our lives were really in danger.

A few weeks later I received an old message via WhatsApp to confirm that there was graffiti on the door of the house and there were written expressions and insults and threats of death against my family and my family.

For those people who were behind them, I had escaped from Mumbai, and I would find myself late or early in the morning because they were completely entertained. Everyone put me on alert and left me thinking about the possibility of leaving the country if the threats got worse, since the only thing that made me worry was that they would find it damaging my daughter.

At work I had to request permission to be away for a couple of weeks and about that I also thought about resigning if these individuals continued to pursue me. My daughter suggested that she also give up her activism work for a season and that she wouldn't expose herself or hang out on the street alone. Try to take all precautions so that we do not suffer any type of loss or damage that puts our lives in danger.

On April 5th, the company where I worked communicated with me to present my resignation, after which I received many threats through anonymous calls that reached the bank directly and that was a bad component for the company.

After the company asked me to resign, I presented a letter of denunciation and left work. Half a month ago, on the 20th of April, I again received a call from another person from the place where I lived in New Delhi and told me that some people were asking where I was or knew some family members because it was important to locate me. In the past, they never had a clue where they could be, but one of them was threatened and promised to return until they had information about possible places where they could be.

For these days the old man and his family had to leave the area and hide so as not to expose themselves to anyone harming their lives, they lost sight of the fact that the threats could be fulfilled if they continued living in the same place.

As time passed, I noticed that the situation was dire and that I didn't have many options before the fear that something would happen to me and my daughter. You knew that later the early could find us. So I had no other remedy than hiring a hitman in India to help me in my situation.
